Viewing a Referral Timeline

The Referral Timeline provides a detailed view of all activity related to a specific referral. It allows you to track actions taken, identify who completed them, and understand the full progression of the referral.

What Is the Referral Timeline?

The Referral Timeline shows a chronological history of all actions taken on a referral, including:

  • Status updates

  • User activity

  • Key actions and timestamps

This helps provide transparency and ensures you have full visibility into the referral lifecycle.

How to View a Referral Timeline

  1. Locate the referral on your dashboard

  2. Click the Referral Timeline icon next to the patient’s name

  3. The Referral Timeline screen will open

From here, you can review all actions taken on the referral along with the dates they occurred.

Using Filters

At the top of the Referral Timeline screen, you can use the Search section to:

  • Filter activity by specific users within your organization

  • Quickly find relevant actions or updates
