Navigating the Rovicare Portal

Welcome to Rovicare! If you’re logging in for the first time or unsure where to start, this guide will walk you through the key areas of the portal and how to navigate them.

 

Getting Oriented

After logging in, you’ll land on your main workspace. Rovicare is designed to keep everything organized and easy to access, with each section focused on a specific part of your workflow.

Key Areas of the Portal

Incoming Workspace

  • View all referrals sent to your organization

  • Open, review, and respond to new referrals

  • Track referral status and communication

Outgoing Workspace

  • View referrals your organization has sent

  • Monitor responses and placement progress

Patient List
