    The Preferred Provider workspace allows you to create and manage a curated list of providers your organization works with most frequently. This list helps streamline referrals and ensures patients are directed to trusted, high-performing partners.

    What Are Preferred Providers?

    Preferred (or shortlisted) providers are organizations you have selected as part of your go-to network. These providers are typically:

    • Frequently used by your team

    • Aligned with your services and workflows

    • Trusted for quality, responsiveness, and availability

    Why Use the Preferred Provider List?

    Maintaining a preferred provider list helps:

    • Speed up the referral process

    • Improve placement success rates

    • Ensure consistency in care coordination

    • Strengthen relationships with key partners

    How to Manage Preferred Providers

    Adding Providers to Your List

    1. Navigate to the Provider Dashboard

    2. Select the "+ Preferred Provider" button in the top right

    3. Search for the organization you would like to add

    4. Select the option to add to Preferred Providers

    Please Note: Only users with the Organization Admin role will have access to edit/add providers. 

    Viewing Your Preferred Providers

    • Go to the Provider Dashboard

    • Access your Preferred Provider list

    • View and manage your shortlisted organizations

    Updating Your List

    • Add new providers as your network grows

    • Remove providers that are no longer relevant

    • Regularly review your list to ensure accuracy and performance

    How Preferred Providers Are Used

    When sending referrals:

    • Your preferred providers can be quickly selected

    • They may appear first when choosing where to send referrals

    • They help guide your team toward the most appropriate destinations
